I could not sleep the other night so i took one of my father in laws zanax pills. I didnt think about it at the time that they might test for that. Please no lectures. This is the first time i have tried zanax. Just thought it was some type of prescription sleeping pill. And if they do,and it shows up, how can i explain it? I really want and need this job. Very scared about this.Please any good answers will greatly be appreciated. God bless!

I’m currently working as a security guard and I had a friend recommend I try to become a corrections officer. Are there any weight requirements? Also is there any other thing I must have in order to become a corrections officer? Thanks

Since a correctional officer is hired by the State, he/she is expected to carry him/herself in a dignified manner and maintain good standing in his/her community, etc., etc., etc…

Hypothetically speaking, if someone was just hired by the Department of Corrections and was attending the academy, and this person was to default on their mortgage, could this result in termination? What if it lead to a foreclosure? Would a foreclosure on his/her record lead to termination?

I had quit some jobs when i was younger but have been perfect the last 3 years. If anyone could give me some insight on what they will go through for this check please reply.

I am a corrections officer and I want to know which state has the best pay and benefits for correction officers. Also what part of the state? I am certified in the state of Florida and I know some states will honor my certification.

For example, a co’s girlfriend was arguing with another woman over the girlfriends first husband. The girlfriend has been stalking her first husband and will not let go. The woman told her to leave. The co then sucker punches the woman then tries to punch the woman’s 14 yr old daughter when she comes to her rescue. When the police arrive, they just give him a citation. (there were witnesses) what is wrong here?
